Tell me which process is costing your team hours.

Twenty minutes, qualification only. Four questions, all of them about your work rather than about my services — and if it is not a fit, I will say so on the call rather than sending a proposal.

Everything comes to me directly — there is no inbox team and no auto-responder sequence.

One or two sentences. Roughly how many hours a week, and across how many people, is more useful than a long description.

What you send is used only to reply to you. It is not added to a marketing list and not sold. See the privacy policy.

Book the call directly

A twenty-minute fit call, free, with no deliverable and no advice given — it exists so we both find out quickly whether this is worth pursuing.

Pick a time

Booking happens on this site. There is no scheduling account to create and no third-party widget — you pick a slot, it is held immediately, and the joining link follows by email.

Before the call

The four questions, in the order the call asks them.

Nothing to prepare and nothing to send in advance — no form, no deck. Twenty minutes goes a long way when these four are ready, and if one of them is not yet clear, saying so on the call is itself useful.

  1. The process, named

    Specifically, not “our operations”

“Moving order data from the store into the accounting system” can be scoped in twenty minutes. “Our operations” cannot.

  2. What it costs you in hours

Per week, across how many people

A rough figure is enough. Two people at three hours a day tells me more than a page of description does.

  3. What you have already tried

    And what happened to it

A tool that was bought and quietly abandoned, or a script that half worked, is the most useful thing you can bring.

  4. Who else signs off

    And roughly on what timeline

If a decision needs a second name on it, knowing that now is what stops a proposal stalling in three weeks.

None of it has to be ready before you write, though. Send what you have and the call fills in the rest — or pick a time and we work through all four together.
